We opened our first bakery in 1994 with one goal, to make something worth walking across town for.
Led by our head pastry chef, Cobalt & Crumb bakes a full case every day: morning pastries, cookies by the dozen, a rotating pie and cake, and a lunch counter with sandwiches, soup and salad made the same day.
