We respect your privacy. If you contact us through this site, we use what you send us to answer your message and nothing else. We do not sell or trade your information, and we only share it if the law requires it.
If you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you type in it: your name, email, phone number and your message. We use this to get back to you. Browsing the site on its own does not identify you to us.
This site uses cookies to remember things like your cart and to see which pages people visit, so we know what to improve. Cookies do not tell us who you are unless you have told us yourself.
If you use the Cobalt & Crumb app, it may ask for your device’s location so we can point you to the nearest bakery and let you know when your order is ready. You can turn this off any time in your phone’s settings, and the app still works without it.
We take reasonable steps to protect anything you share with us, and we never hand it to a third party without your say so. Any outside links on this site go to sites we do not control, so their own privacy policy applies there.
